Costa Mesa Sanitation Department Rebate Program
S.O.S. Plumbing & Expert Drain Cleaning Service is proud to participate in the Costa Mesa County Sewer Lateral Assistance Program (SLAP). Call us (800-400-4767) or e-mail to set up a high-definition camera inspection of your sewer lines.
In an effort to prevent back-ups and to encourage homeowners to care for their plumbing to the benefit of the homeowner, the neighbors and the county. the Sewer Lateral Assistance Program (SLAP) program was established. This program is for homeowners only.
Homeowners in Costa Mesa County and part of Newport Beach may apply for the assistance, which covers 50% of the sewer repair expense, up to $1,800. Sewer lines that are not cared for can spill over, damaging the home, the environment and area beaches. The SLAP program aims to prevent this.
Residents of the covered areas must apply for assistance, which they can do once every five years.
